Buy The Reef guarantees live arrival no matter what. We will never sell an item that is not 100% guaranteed to arrival alive and healthy to your door. If FedEx loses the box or it gets delayed for any reason, we will replace your item or give you store credit. We would never feel right making you pay for something you did not get. However, you are responsible for additional shipping costs if FedEx does not cover them.
 
Shipping:
We pride ourselves on being one of the absolute best shippers in the industry and back this by our 100% Live Arrival Guarantee.  Your livestock will be packed using finest packing and shipping methods available to us to reduce stress on the animals and to assure the live healthy arrival of you order. Your items will be shipped to you via Fedex Priority Overnight. As a convenience to you, upon checkout you have the option to specify which day of the week you would like your item shipped up to seven days after the initial purchase.

We ship orders by Fedex Priority Overnight Delivery services.
Shipping is a flat rate of $30 For All Orders.  No Box Fees or any other shipping fees.
 
Dead On Arrival
In the case of an item that arrives dead:
You must:

1. Have received and signed for the shipment on the first delivery attempt.
   
2. Notify Buy The Reef of any DOA via email within 2 hours of the actual arrival of the box.
   
3. Email pictures of DOA item within 24hrs of arrival.
   If these three stipulations are not met the arrive alive guarantee is voided.  
   
   If you have met these stipulations you will receive a replacement item if available or store credit. We will not issue credit for or pay any additional shipping and handling costs.
